In the state-recognized resort town of Fladungen, nestled in the beautiful Bavarian Rhön region, our comfortable holiday home offers a cozy temporary home for up to 5 people.

Total living space approx. 60 sq m on one level; 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 single beds, all 90 x 200 cm. Each bedroom has a wardrobe. A travel cot is available upon request. The house features a living/dining room, a separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, etc.; and a shower room with WC.

Storage room, terrace, swing, and 2 parking spaces.

The house is equipped with electric ceiling heating.

Free Wi-Fi and domestic phone calls (excluding premium-rate numbers).

Minimum stay: 7 days/nights.
