This exclusive 4-star holiday home, 140 m², will enchant you with its generosity. The large property with the magnificent unobstructed view, the perfect location for hikes and activities and the beautiful furnishings meet all the requirements for a relaxing holiday.
In the 40 m² living and dining area, there is not only enough space for family and friends, but also a cosy fireplace, which unfolds a very special warmth. The underfloor heating on the ground floor ensures comfortably warm feet. The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living and dining area with light. Step out onto the over 35 m² sun terrace and let yourself be pampered by the sun and inspired by the unique view. Of course, the cosy, spacious eat-in kitchen is also a real gem in this impressive holiday home. Equipped with timeless wooden furniture and a cosy corner bench as well as plenty of space, the food tastes even better. This chic holiday home has a modern, newly renovated bathroom with 2 washbasins, WC and a large walk-in shower on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet that can be used as a small bathroom
Easily find a restful sleep in the 3 cosy bedrooms with comfortable beds. On the large balcony on the upper floor you can also enjoy the wonderful view. For your cars there are 2 parking spaces directly at the house and 2 more at the entrance of the property. On the large lawn in front of the house, your children can really let off steam.
About 500 metres away is a large playground with a ropeway, slides and swings, as well as a football pitch and table tennis table. In only 5 minutes by car there is a large children's paradise with indoor playground, adventure playground, mini golf and adventure pool with water slide and sauna.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday homes (2 houses, 150 m² and 140 m²) are situated on a large plot on the edge of the village. From the terrace you have a beautiful unobstructed view over the village, up to the Rother Kuppe.
The road to the playground and football field is a dead end, you can let your children play unsupervised on the road. (approx. 150 m)
Roth is a small, quiet village with about 200 inhabitants at the foot of the "Rother Kuppe". Only a side road leads through the village. Roth belongs to the municipality of Hausen.
The Rhön-Park-Hotel with restaurants, an indoor swimming pool, a spacious sauna world and an extensive leisure programme is very close by and is also available to our guests against payment.

Great house in a quiet location
Great house in an absolutely quiet location. It offers a lot of space and is so comprehensively furnished that we quickly felt "at home". The terrace with a view of the countryside invites you to linger. Our excursion destinations were all within easy reach. Wonderful landscape! We will be happy to come back!

The demand for relaxation is fully met!
My wife and I decided to rent the holiday home Helene for a few days. We just wanted to get away from it all, not too far from home
Our aspiration was:
To get out of the daily routine, but still feel at home, to enjoy peace and quiet, nature, to relax, to visit a nice little town without having to spend the night in it, and to have the feeling that I'm in the right place when I step outside the door! Plus the possibility to buy regional organic products for the kitchen within walking distance.
Well..the conclusion of our claim after 6 days....FULLREFFER!
Thanks to the landlady for the extraordinarily friendly communication and care that we really felt at home. :-)
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back, because Haus Helene has everything from underfloor heating to a bread slicer..I don't know what else could be missing!

Great accommodation
I can only recommend the accommodation! The house is super well equipped and incredibly clean. Absolutely everything you need is at the guests' disposal. As a nice welcome, we got a bottle of sparkling wine from the house owners. The holiday home is located in a very quiet area, so you can relax nicely. We also liked the large barbecue on the terrace. We spent a really relaxing holiday!

Very nice, well-kept holiday home, TOP location
We spontaneously spent a week's holiday here. We liked it very much. The location of the holiday home is beautiful and just perfect for hikes and excursions. Everything in the house is as described in the advertisement. Not too much is promised. It is cosy and really equipped with everything you need. We will definitely come back again!
