Cozy holiday apartment for 2-3 people, 45 sqm, small kitchen, living/dining room with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, double bedroom, shower with WC, quiet location, beautiful hiking and cycling trails, in 45 minutes you can reach Garmisch with the Zugspitze, Chiemsee and Tegernsee lakes, Munich and King Ludwig's castles, we have set up a small seating area in the garden for you to enjoy coffee with homemade cake or a glass of wine. For breakfast, eggs from our chickens and homemade jam are on the table.
