First floor with two bedrooms for 4 people. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub with shower, sink, hairdryer, toilet, and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and satellite receiver. New, fully equipped kitchen.

Ground floor: Kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer, and separate toilet. Living room with sofa bed and balcony. First floor: Bathroom with toilet, bedroom with double bed, and bedroom with two single beds. Wi-Fi is included in the apartment. Ceiling fan on the ground floor and air conditioning in both bedrooms on the first floor for cooling on the hottest days. A Nespresso machine is provided in the kitchen.

Acquaseria is located in a beautiful, tranquil area surrounded by charming towns and villages with authentic restaurants. Local markets and shops, all within walking distance, offer the full experience of "La Dolce Vita." Nestled picturesquely between the mountains and Lake Como, Acquaseria offers a wealth of opportunities: it's an ideal area for swimming, hiking, cycling, boating, day trips, and visiting castle gardens.

There is a bus stop right at the property. From many towns around the lake (Menaggio being the closest), you can take ferries to all the lakeside destinations, including Como and Bellagio. Menaggio is also one of the three points of the "Golden Triangle" formed by Menaggio, Bellagio, and Varenna. Ferries come in various forms, from car ferries to hydrofoils. Both from the boat and from the road, you can enjoy views of the beautiful villas and lush gardens that line the shores.

There are several free public parking spaces around the apartment complex. Due to the limited number of free parking spaces, we recommend reserving a parking space in the underground garage during July and August.
