This holiday home, built in a modern timber-frame style, is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the "Sehestedt Holiday Park" on the Jade Bay. The layout is family-friendly and features an open-plan design. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortably furnished living room with a fixed leather sofa, a dining area and kitchenette, a master bedroom, a children's bedroom, a bathroom, and a utility room with a dishwasher and washing machine.

A third bedroom with a loggia and en-suite bathroom is located on the upper floor, accessible via a lockable staircase (both at the top and bottom). The fenced garden, with a partially covered terrace and sandbox, is perfect for playing and barbecuing. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away or directly accessible by car.
