On 60 m², you will find a lovingly furnished home with one bedroom with a new bed and comfort mattress (180 x 200) as well as a large designer bathroom.
The spacious terraces invite you to enjoy coffee, cold drinks, tapas, etc. while taking in the view of the sea and the spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
A cozy dining and sitting area with awning is located on the lower terrace.
On the rooftop terrace, two comfort loungers, a large sunbed, and bar furniture are available for the perfect sundowner.
Additionally, the rooftop features an outdoor shower – the absolute luxury feature for perfect refreshment while sunbathing directly under the Spanish sky.
Both terraces are also equipped with large sun umbrellas.
For culinary evenings, a BBQ grill is at your disposal, while during the day you can relax at the nearby beaches or the communal pool.
The open American kitchen is equipped for maximum comfort with a dishwasher, microwave, a large American refrigerator with integrated ice crusher, and all necessary appliances, so you can feel completely at home.
