Another small bedroom with a pull-out double bed is accessible from the living room. A bathroom with a window, shower, sink, and toilet is provided.

On the approximately 3,000 m² park-like grounds, there is a playground for children and a barbecue area for adults. The holiday apartment is individually and lovingly furnished with attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, bright, and welcoming.
