**Wendland Hideaway in Gartow on Lake Gartow**

A quietly situated holiday home on the outskirts of Gartow, surrounded by forest and nature. Built in the Danish style of timber, the house accommodates **4-6 people** and features three bedrooms (one 180x200 cm, two 140x200 cm), a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and a west-facing terrace with furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, and SodaStream. There is also a bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, and infrared heating, as well as storage space for luggage and a small safe. TV, DVD, CD, radio, free Wi-Fi, books, and information about the surrounding area are provided. All rooms have infrared heating and blackout blinds.

**Included:** Electricity, water, heating, and parking on the property. Bed linens and towels are available for an additional fee. A security deposit of €100 is payable in advance with the rental payment. One dog up to 10 kg or two small dogs are permitted upon request.

Lake Gartow is within walking distance; the circular path is approximately 6.5 km long and offers swimming, water sports, cycling, jogging, and nature observation. Other lakes for swimming are located approximately 4 km away. In Gartow, you'll find restaurants, shops, playgrounds, a skate park, boat rentals, and the Wendland Thermal Baths (approximately 500 m away).

The Lower Saxon Elbe Valley Biosphere Reserve offers diverse opportunities for bird and wildlife observation, as well as cycling and hiking excursions. Day trips to Lüchow, Dannenberg, Hitzacker, Lüneburg, Schnackenburg, Lenzen, Dömitz, Wittenberge, or Salzwedel are possible.
