The large window area on the West side of the House, where is located also the terrace, offers a unique view over meadows and fields. The House is just 100 metres from a beautiful, child-friendly beach. A total of approximately 76 m2 terrace, of which 18 m2 covered. The window to the rooms are external with insect nets. The summer house is located in the middle of the Bay, at the end of a 150 m long private way and about 170 m from the beach. Vemmingbund is an idyllic Bay with the Dybbøler hills to the left and Broagerland to right side. The beach is very child-friendly and right outside the beach fishing is popular. The gendarme path you can walk Sønderborg left hand (5 km) and right hand up to Flensburg. The way as a coastal hiking trail is passable ausgelegtet but good with Mountenbaikes.

A great vacation in Denmark
Super location, super house, super vacation.
You can hardly say more than that. We were there with up to 5 people and felt really comfortable. This was mainly due to the tranquility; we were able to really relax. And if we ever felt like going to the sea, we were at the beach and in the water in 200 meters.
The only thing that must be clear: without a car, no chance. Unfortunately, the café at the place/beach is currently unstaffed, so there’s nowhere to go out to eat. But Sonderborg is just a few minutes away by car?
If you had questions, you could always contact the Staib family and received prompt answers.
Therefore, we say thank you very much for this wonderful holiday in your house.

Wieder toll
We were here for the 2nd time and it was very nice again. The weather was suitable for the season. Excursions to the surrounding area were great. Contact with the landlords was excellent again!

Very nice, quietly situated house
We spent a very relaxing week in this beautiful, quiet house close to the road.this was one of the nicest holiday homes so far and the landlord was also very friendly.the location is great,especially as a family,as it is very close to the beach and it takes just 2 minutes to get there

Rest and relaxation vacation
Before and after arrival we were very well informed and warmly received by Kirsten and Jürgen Staib.
The house is really clean, the kitchen equipment is comprehensive and everything works!
You can enjoy the peace and quiet with a view of a meadow with cows and the hinterland!
There are plenty of seating options inside and outside, and they are clean!
The area offers the opportunity for short and extended bike rides and hikes with beautiful views and cities.
