We – my husband Fritz and I, Rose – have lived in Africa/Tanzania for 22 years and have built and managed a hotel here. 10 years ago we sold it in order to invest in some apartments in Cape Town/South Africa. The apartment that is now for rent was completely renovated and furnished by us with great care in 2026. When we stay in Cape Town, we live in it ourselves.
