For perfect relaxation at any time of year, I offer you the approx. 20 sqm apartment “Bootskajüte” with a spacious kitchenette and garden use as a holiday home. The apartment, tastefully furnished for 2 people with great attention to detail, is located on the ground floor of a historic house situated in the middle of the old town. The house was built around 1900 and was a cooperage and barrel workshop in Heiligenhafen in the 1920s/1930s. The house is only a few minutes from the harbor, marketplace, supermarket, and the new inland lake promenade.
The cozy apartment features modern, high-quality furnishings, where a comfortable industrial look meets maritime charm—accentuated by loving details. The “Bootskajüte” apartment consists of a living-bedroom with an open kitchenette, which is fully equipped. This includes a dishwasher-fridge, ceramic hob, and a modern air fryer, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle. Furthermore, in the living-bedroom area there is a cozy dining nook, a so-called dinette, designed in maritime style, as well as a comfortable queen-size box spring bed with a topper for restful sleep. The “Bootskajüte” apartment has a modern, very comfortable shower bathroom with toilet and hairdryer. The absolute highlight of the “Bootskajüte” apartment, however, is the direct access to the garden and the extremely central location. In the garden and the beautiful courtyard, you can enjoy lovely sunny days and evenings, the barbecue area invites you to linger and grill, and the view of the greenery allows you to relax and unwind perfectly. Free parking spaces are located 200 m away directly at the inland lake.
The “starter kit”, i.e. an initial supply of garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, cleaning cloths, soap, rinse aid and salt for the dishwasher, coffee machine filters is included in the booking.
The linen package can optionally be booked for €25.00 per person, consisting of oversized bed linen and sheets, one large and one small towel per person, as well as a bath mat and dish towel.
The final cleaning is already included in the rental price, only the visitor’s tax (depending on the season €1.80/€3.00 per adult per day) and deposit (€150.00) must be paid separately. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the apartment without damage.
