The spacious bungalow in the quiet residential area at "Königsheide," in the immediate vicinity of the "Wurster North Sea Coast," is an ideal place for a relaxing and eventful holiday.
Thanks to the good connection to the A 27, the holiday bungalow is an optimal starting point for excursions to the Dorum bathing beach with the large wave pool and the beaches at Wremen as well as Cappel-Neufeld.
The bungalow welcomes you with its large living/dining room, large conservatory with table and chairs as well as loungers, a large 4K television, radio, video, internet/Wi-Fi. One double bedroom with two large electrically adjustable beds 120 cm x 200 cm each, as well as 2 single rooms with one bed 100 cm x 200 cm each. There is even a cot for toddlers. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is also fully equipped with bathtub + integrated shower + toilet.
A special advantage is the large conservatory, with fully automatic shading system and direct access from the living room.
The large garden offers sunny and shady spots for good relaxation in the fresh sea air. Children especially enjoy a large play lawn. In the basement there is also a playroom with the possibility to watch only DVD movies on a TV set.
A garage with an additional parking space on the property
are included.
The holiday house was renovated in 2020, the bedrooms currently equipped with new mattresses, and the bathroom completely modernized.
