Villa Perla, a luxurious modern holiday home with a pool and jacuzzi near Poreč.

This holiday home is particularly attractive because of its single floor, which extends to the pool area, the external staircase leading to the terrace from the bedrooms, and the large roof terrace with stunning panoramic sea views, complete with a jacuzzi, lounge furniture, and sun loungers. Villa Perla sits on its own fenced 620 sq m property, where guests have access to a 50 sq m outdoor pool, a covered terrace with a barbecue and dining table, a sun deck with loungers, a well-maintained lawn, and parking for two vehicles.

The holiday home itself is 220 sq m spread over two air-conditioned floors with a 75 sq m roof terrace. The ground floor features a luxuriously furnished living room with a sitting area, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a shower/WC and a laundry room. The first floor has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC. There is also a separate shower/WC in the hallway.
