The ground floor features a spacious living and dining room with access to the terrace, pool, and garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to the pool, and a separate toilet. The first floor offers two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and fantastic panoramic sea views. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Starlink internet.

The highlight of this villa is the large, fully fenced outdoor area where your children can play freely.
