Welcome to the Manfred Baier holiday home in Salles d’Aude, Languedoc-Roussillon – your perfect retreat for a relaxing family vacation! The 90 m² house accommodates up to 5 guests and features two bedrooms and a bathroom. Dogs are warmly welcome, so your four-legged friend can also enjoy the holiday. In the well-kept garden and on the spacious terrace you will find numerous opportunities to relax, while the BBQ grill invites you to sociable evenings. A parking space is available for your car. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: you can use a kitchenette with 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, dishes, and extractor hood. Bed linen is included. For entertainment, there is a TV, satellite TV, and Blu-ray player, and thanks to Wi-Fi you are always connected. Bicycles are available for excursions. A washing machine, iron, hairdryer, as well as a baby bed and high chair make the house especially family-friendly. The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even on warm days. Through our local associations we are familiar with the area and know a lot about mountain biking, trekking biking, and hiking. I am a self-maker, a trained electrical engineer, and from that our holiday home was also created.
