Board the pirate ship on the castle lake? Take a stroll along the lakeshore right behind the house? Or perhaps enjoy a leisurely meal at the Italian restaurant on the corner? It doesn't matter. One thing is immediately apparent – the feeling of wanting to stay.

Shhh! Please do not disturb. That's what everyone who's still snuggled up in bed will be wishing. The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed and a room with two or three single beds. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for meals, games, conversation, and watching TV, and it also provides access to the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher for washing up, and a washing machine is available in the bathroom for those who need to do laundry.

For those arriving by car, there are two parking spaces in the underground garage directly beneath the house. Bicycles can also be stored in a lockable bicycle room. This "New Center" has been created in the heart of the municipality of Salem, featuring a town hall and library, a newly landscaped public park, shopping, and residential units in the Schlosssee Arcades – all barrier-free and within walking distance.
