Those who choose to stay in this 83-square-meter apartment for their vacation will find themselves in a quiet, prime location with a view of the tower of Überlingen Minster Church in the heart of the old town.

Two new bedrooms with large wardrobes and box-spring beds promise a restful night's sleep. One of the rooms has air conditioning. In the open-plan living/dining room, you can relax on a large, comfortable sofa, watch your favorite series on the large flat-screen TV, or listen to music via Bluetooth through the sound system. The wooden dining table seats up to four people, and in the cooler months, the wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth.

In the adjoining kitchen with its open bar, you can pop a pizza in the oven, brew yourself a coffee, or conjure up your favorite meal with fresh ingredients from the weekly market. Everything you need for cooking is provided.

The spacious bathroom features a shower, a bathtub, and, conveniently, a separate toilet.
