The holiday apartment, completely newly and lovingly furnished in 2024, creates a pleasant atmosphere. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment!
Our approximately 70m² holiday apartment is located in the beautiful rafting town of Wallenfels, surrounded by mountains and forests. It is situated on the ground floor of our newly renovated house. From 2019 to 2024, the house was completely refurbished. The apartment offers space for up to 5 people with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living area. The cozy, open-plan living and dining area with kitchen, also air-conditioned, invites you to linger. Books and games are available for this purpose. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, high chair, coffee machine, and a freestanding side-by-side refrigerator. In the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer are provided. The apartment has an additional guest toilet. A free car parking space is located directly in front of the house. Parking spaces for motorcycles and bicycles are also available.
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. Arrival is from 2:00 p.m., departure is by 10:00 a.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible by arrangement. Security deposit of 150 EUR, final cleaning 50 EUR. Key handover is contactless via key code. Pets are allowed free of charge. A baby bed/extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request. The basic price includes towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, parking, etc.
Dogs and also cats are very welcome! The property is completely fenced and thus a true paradise for your four-legged friend.
Sofa, bed, and chairs are off-limits for dogs!
Please bring your own basket; a water and food bowl is provided.
If the dog is dirty, please clean them before entering. In the case of severe soiling or damage, we reserve the right to assert this and to charge you these additional (cleaning) costs.

Spend your vacation in our beautiful rafting town of Wallenfels. Our town is located in the valley of the Wilde Rodach, in the Franconian Forest. Whether you want to hike, cycle, relax as a couple, or spend time with your family. Here, there is something for everyone. The Franconian Forest has been awarded the quality seal "Wanderbares Deutschland" as a quality region. There are numerous hiking trails (approx. 300 km of walkable and marked paths), including the award-winning "Frankensteigla" with various levels of difficulty. Mountain bikers also get their money's worth in Wallenfels with 2 signposted routes. Spend a quiet, relaxing holiday with us. Bicycles, e-bikes, and hiking equipment can be rented in the neighboring village of Steinwiesen (approx. 6 km). A heated outdoor pool, open from May to September, is just a short walk from the holiday apartment. The nearest public transport connection is only 100 m from the holiday apartment. Many other excursion destinations are located nearby. The district town of Kronach (15km), with its beautiful old town, good restaurants, and the Rosenberg Fortress, is always worth a visit. Likewise, the spa town of Bad Steben (13km), with its spa park and a casino, invites you to linger.
