Large, bright, privately owned holiday apartment in the attic for up to 6 people in Winsen (Luhe), Tönnhausen district. Bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, living room with a single bed and a double sofa bed, separate seating area with a sofa and armchair. Dining area. Blackout blinds in the bedroom, living room, and hallway. Heat/cold insulation.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, classic coffee maker, toaster, and much more. Large, bright shower room with a window. All windows have permanently installed fly screens.

Three parking spaces are available, as well as a small storage shed. No balcony.

Since the owner lives in the same building, use of the washing machine and dryer is available upon request for longer stays.
