Welcome to Sonnenresidenz 23-3 – your home on the western shore of Lake Balaton! Whether as a couple, with family, or with a dog – here you will find your perfect vacation.
THE HOUSE: Sonnenresidenz is a small, family-run holiday house with only five apartments in total (1- and 2-room apartments). Here you can enjoy peace and privacy instead of mass tourism – with your own swimming pool, well-kept garden, and plenty of space to feel comfortable. YOUR APARTMENT: The tastefully furnished ground floor apartment offers 55 m² with two bedrooms featuring comfortable double beds, a bathroom with shower, and a bright living area with air conditioning and German satellite TV. Through your own covered terrace, you have direct access to the garden.
POOL & GARDEN: A real highlight – the private pool (approx. 8 × 4 m) is covered and therefore pleasantly warm from May onwards, with the swimming season lasting until the end of September. Comfortable loungers and sunshades await you. The fully fenced garden with pergola and barbecue invites you to cozy barbecue evenings.
KITCHEN & EQUIPMENT: The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Also: free Wi-Fi, iron, and shared washing machine.
FOR FAMILIES: High chair, travel cot, swing, and slide in the garden – the little ones will feel at home here right away. FOR DOG OWNERS: Well-behaved dogs are warmly welcome (€7/night). The spacious grounds and surrounding hiking trails make the holiday perfect for four-legged friends as well.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Bed linen (fresh every 7 days), towels, final cleaning, and tourist tax. Supermarket, café, and restaurants are just 200–300 m away. Ample parking directly at the house.

YOUR BEACH IN 5 MINUTES ON FOOT: The 5-star beach of Vonyarcvashegy was awarded as “Best Balaton Beach 2025.” Shallow entry, well-kept sunbathing lawns, and playgrounds make it ideal for families. Money-saving tip: Before the end of May and from the beginning of September, beach entry is free! PRE-SEASON & POST-SEASON – AN INSIDER TIP: While in Germany in May and September it is often still a cool 12–16 °C, you can already enjoy a pleasant 22–28 °C at Lake Balaton. Thanks to the covered pool, you can swim from May until the end of September – even if the weather is changeable. The beaches are empty, the prices lower, and beach admission is even free before the end of May and from the beginning of September. Ideal for couples, dog owners, and anyone seeking peace instead of hustle and bustle.
