Interiors & layout
From the terrace you enter the spacious, open living-dining-kitchen area with dining table, pull-out sofa, smart TV, an infrared cabin for one person, and a tiled stove. The house is designed in a split-level style.
Mezzanine
Approx. 8 m² bedroom with double bed (140×200 cm) and storage space under the stairs. Here is the approx. 4.5 m² bathroom with toilet; the tub (150×70 cm) is equipped with a showerhead. Washbasin with base cabinet, mirrored cabinet, and hairdryer available.
Upper floor
Approx. 20 m² master bedroom with double bed (160×200 cm), desk, and several wardrobes. Private balcony with magnificent Balaton panorama as well as separate dressing room. Insect screens on all windows, shutters in all rooms except the small windows of the bathroom and dressing room. TV & Internet
Smart TV with Netflix access. Channel offering: approx. 10 Hungarian channels (no German-language channels). Internet: standard home internet connection, suitable for everyday use and streaming; intensive permanent home office has not been tested.
Air Conditioning & Heating
Air conditioning (heating/cooling) on the ground and upper floors, electric heater in the bathroom, additionally a tiled stove in the living room. Kitchen & Comfort

Outdoor Area
The south-facing, covered terrace (approx. 11 m²) offers a dining table and comfortable seating; it can be closed on two sides, making it usable even in wind or rain. The private, enclosed courtyard area (approx. 35 m²) is designed with flowers, plants, and shade-giving trees. In addition, the green area of almost 800 m² on the roof of the winery is available. Playground with climbing wall, slide, and swing, barbecue and kettle goulash facilities, as well as sun loungers are provided.
Dog-friendly
The holiday home is dog-friendly. The private, enclosed courtyard area is completely fenced, so your dog can also be let outside unsupervised. Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome without prior telephone arrangement; for two or more dogs or large dogs, we ask that you contact us in advance.
Romsics Winery next door
A special feature is the direct proximity to the operational Romsics Winery. The purchase of wines produced here is possible; with prior arrangement, a short tour of the winery and a wine tasting are also possible. During the high season, this is only possible to a limited extent due to increased activity and vineyard work.

Next to the house there is a private covered parking space for one car; there are additional parking spaces in the courtyard.

The five-star beaches of Gyenesdiás, Vonyarcvashegy, and Balatongyörök are also within a short drive.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: Deposit of 30% upon booking. In the event of a cancellation up to 91 calendar days before the arrival date, under certain conditions, part of the processing fee already paid can be credited towards a future booking. This only applies if the total price of the cancelled booking is at least EUR 1,400 and the processing fee amounts to at least EUR 420. If a cancellation is made less than 91 calendar days before arrival, the processing fee will not be credited or refunded. For cancellations between 30 and 15 days before arrival, an additional 30% of the total price is due as a cancellation fee. For cancellations 14 days or less before arrival, as well as in the case of no-show, the entire travel price including any additional costs is due.
