The Villa Maria Teresa residence boasts a long history, having been built at the end of the 19th century. Like many houses on Elba, it was designed to accommodate several families. The villa also includes a small church, still consecrated, where the family celebrated Sunday Mass; a large cellar, formerly used primarily to store barrels up to 6 meters high; two groves of holm oaks and pines; a private garden with fruit trees, which have been preserved to this day; and an olive grove in front of the terrace. Nestled in nature, Villa Maria Teresa's elevated position affords magnificent panoramic views of the Gulf of Portoferraio. Some of Elba's most beautiful beaches, such as Lacona, Lido di Capoliveri, and La Biodola, are just a short drive away. The complex comprises four apartments, all equipped with air conditioning and heating systems, induction cooktops, refrigerators, Wi-Fi, and smart TVs. On the first floor are the three-room apartment Levante and the two-room apartment Maestrale, while the two-room apartments Ponente and Scirocco are located on the ground floor. Guests have free access to a shared laundry room with a washing machine and sink, as well as private parking. The entire property is monitored by security cameras to ensure maximum safety and peace of mind.

Located on the first floor of the villa, it offers breathtaking views of the entire gulf and is ideal for those seeking a bright and inviting atmosphere. The living area windows offer panoramic views of the Gulf of Portoferraio, while the sleeping area overlooks the island's interior with views towards Capoliveri. The Maestrale apartment is the only one with a partially separate kitchen. In addition to the extendable dining table, the living area features a sofa that can accommodate up to four people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, espresso machine, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, and has a surface area of 60 square meters. A shared washing machine is also available.
