Welcome to a distinctive private two-level residence in Kaštela, ideally located between Split and Trogir. The entire 2nd and 3rd floors of the villa are rented exclusively to your group, providing complete privacy and private use of the residence, rooftop pool, terraces, balconies and designated outdoor areas.
No other holiday guests stay at the property at any time. Your group has exclusive use of the entire rented residence and its private outdoor areas.
The residence offers an exceptional setting for relaxing, dining and enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle. It includes approximately 130 m² of indoor living space, approximately 80 m² of private rooftop terraces and approximately 15 m² across two private sea-view balconies.
The 2nd floor is the main residential level, while the 3rd floor forms the private rooftop/penthouse level. The two floors are connected by a private exterior staircase.
From the private rooftop, guests enjoy panoramic views towards Split and the islands of Brač, Hvar and Čiovo. The private 13.5 m² rooftop pool can be heated on request and features integrated hydromassage.
An outdoor shower is conveniently positioned beside the pool. The rooftop terraces provide generous space for swimming, sunbathing, relaxing and outdoor dining. Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the Adriatic, lunch with family and friends, or an evening drink while watching the sea, nearby islands and spectacular Mediterranean sunsets.
INTERIOR
The residence features 4 bedrooms and 8 regular sleeping places, with 4 additional sleeping places available on request in the two living rooms, accommodating up to 12 guests in total.
The property includes 2 living rooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens and 3 full bathrooms, providing excellent space, flexibility and privacy for families and groups.
The 2nd floor contains the main bedrooms and living areas. The 3rd-floor rooftop/penthouse level provides additional living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and direct access to the private rooftop terrace and pool area.
For a comfortable stay, the residence features 6 air-conditioning units, 7 televisions and complimentary Wi-Fi. Bed linen is provided, together with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and 3 hairdryers.
ROOFTOP & OUTDOOR LIVING
The private rooftop is the highlight of the residence. The 13.5 m² private pool features integrated hydromassage and can be heated on request.
Approximately 80 m² of private rooftop terraces provide multiple areas for swimming, sunbathing, relaxing and outdoor dining.
Two private sea-view balconies add approximately 15 m² of additional outdoor space, offering peaceful areas for morning coffee, relaxation and enjoying the panoramic Adriatic views.
Guests have exclusive use of the rooftop pool, rooftop terraces, private sea-view balconies and all designated outdoor areas included with the rental.
COMPLETE PRIVACY & PARKING
No other holiday guests stay at the property at any time. The entire 2nd and 3rd floors are exclusively reserved for your group, together with the rooftop pool, rooftop terraces, private sea-view balconies and designated outdoor areas.
Private on-site parking provides ample space for several vehicles, making the residence particularly convenient for families and groups travelling by car.

-Smoking is permitted outdoors only; smoking inside the residence is not permitted.
-Parties, events and celebrations are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00, and guests are kindly asked to respect the peace and privacy of the surrounding neighbourhood.
