This charming villa in Tuscany is located just a few kilometers from the Maremma Natural Park and the beaches of Marina di Alberese, offering you the opportunity to choose between excursions, days spent by the sea on a clean and unspoiled beach, or relaxing bike rides on the Maremma's cycle paths.

The small villa is situated in a welcoming setting, surrounded by a beautiful garden full of plants and olive trees.

Access is easily provided via a few steps or a ramp, making the house accessible for guests with mobility issues. Upon entering, you'll find yourself in a large living room with a dining area, overlooking the fully equipped kitchen, creating a single, spacious open-plan living space.

To the left of the living room, a corridor with a small storage room leads to the two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a first bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a shower, making the house suitable for two couples and guaranteeing complete privacy.

One bedroom and the living area are air-conditioned.

To experience summer outdoors and enjoy the Tuscan climate, two large terraces and the front and back gardens offer the opportunity to dine al fresco or simply relax in the balmy atmosphere of Tuscan summer evenings.
