Located in a charming village of pastel-colored houses near Portoferraio, the apartment offers direct access to one of the island's most picturesque bays.

The highlight is the spacious sea-facing terrace, where you can dine under a shaded pergola, relax on sun loungers in complete privacy, and admire spectacular sunsets as the sun disappears between Elba and the island of Capraia.

The tastefully furnished living and dining area opens directly onto the terrace and features a large sofa and TV. A fully equipped kitchen is conveniently connected to the living space. The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. Two bedrooms have direct terrace access and an additional outdoor shower with hot water. There are 2 bathrooms—one with a large shower and one with a WC, washbasin, and bidet. A washing machine and heating (rare on Elba) make the property suitable for year-round stays.

Within a short walk, Scaglieri Beach offers restaurants, cafés, a mini market, boat rentals, beach umbrellas, and sun loungers. Perfect for families or friends, the apartment is also an excellent base for exploring Elba's stunning beaches and attractions.
