Villa The Boat is located right on the seafront in the beautiful bay of Scaglieri, and its terraces offer breathtaking panoramic views of the bay, the Gulf of Biodola, and the open sea. The sea and magnificent sunsets can also be admired from inside the house, thanks to the large windows that open onto unforgettable panoramas. From the recently renovated villa, you have direct access to the sea and the cliffs below, as well as the fine sandy beach of Scaglieri, just 150 meters away.

Villa The Boat spans three levels, all with direct access to the terraced Mediterranean garden offering stunning sea views. The terraces are furnished with garden furniture, tables and chairs, sun loungers, and parasols, allowing you to enjoy every moment outdoors under the Elba sun. A covered terrace with a magnificent view, a table, and chairs allows you to dine al fresco from morning till night.

On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a large, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with access to a furnished terrace offering 360-degree panoramic views, as well as a small guest bathroom. A comfortable staircase leads to the first floor with a twin bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. From the villa's entrance, you can access the lower level with another double bedroom and a private en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom, independent and not connected to the other rooms, offers a double bed and a double sofa bed (ideal for two children), an en-suite bathroom, and is accessible from the ground floor.

The beach offers all imaginable beach services and water sports, and guests will find restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and a small mini-market in Scaglieri.

NOT included in the rental price:

Final cleaning: €300.00, payable upon arrival.

- Security deposit of €1000.00, payable upon check-in (full refund on the day of check-out, provided there is no damage)

- Parking space available for rent
Check-in (5:00 PM to 8:00 PM) and check-out (before 10:00 AM) times are mandatory. In case of late check-out, the owner reserves the right to retain the security deposit.
