Built in 2013, the house is surrounded by a well-maintained green garden enclosed by walls made of local stone. Guests are guaranteed peace and privacy.

The villa is very spacious and tastefully furnished in a rustic style. A total of eight beds provide ample sleeping accommodations.

A spacious living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with a large bathroom and an additional guest toilet are located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a children's room (third bedroom). All rooms are equipped with modern televisions and satellite TV.
