Welcome to Cottage Billingen – a modern and secluded lakeside retreat in the beautiful Värmland countryside.
The cottage enjoys a peaceful setting beside Lake Billingen, with a private bathing jetty and a rowing boat included. It is an ideal place for couples, families or small groups looking for nature, privacy and a relaxing Swedish holiday by the water.
One of the highlights is the floating, wood-fired sauna raft. After warming up in the sauna, you can cool off with a refreshing dip in the lake. The property also features an outdoor hot tub, a large sun deck and an outdoor shower – perfect for relaxing throughout the year.
The cottage has four regular beds and space for one or two additional guests on the sofa plus 2 beds in the garden house which is available in the summer season. The cottage have a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
Outside, there is a spacious wooden terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor kitchen. Both a gas barbecue and a charcoal barbecue are available, allowing you to prepare and enjoy meals outdoors while surrounded by forest and nature.
The cottage offers fibre broadband, good mobile coverage and a television with support for Chromecast, Miracast and wireless display. There is also an open fireplace for cooler evenings.
The surrounding area is excellent for swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, mushroom picking and simply enjoying the peace and quiet. The nearest neighbour is approximately 300 metres away, giving the property a private and undisturbed atmosphere.
The village of Klässbol is only 2 km away and has a local shop, restaurant and several seasonal cafés. It is also home to Klässbols Linen Weaving Mill, one of Värmland’s best-known attractions. The town of Arvika is approximately 20 km away and offers a wider selection of shops, restaurants and activities.
Final cleaning, bed linen and towels can be arranged for an additional charge. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage, and pets are not allowed if not agreed on beforehand.

The cottage is located beside Lake Billingen in the peaceful Värmland countryside, approximately 2 km from the village of Klässbol and 20 km from Arvika.
The property has a secluded setting surrounded by forest, with approximately 300 metres to the nearest neighbour. The private bathing jetty and lake are only a short walk from the cottage.
Klässbol offers a local shop, restaurant and several seasonal cafés. The village is also home to the well-known Klässbols Linen Weaving Mill and lies on the shore of Glafsfjorden. Arvika provides a wider selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure activities.
The surrounding area is ideal for swimming, fishing, hiking, cycling, mushroom picking and exploring the forests and lakes of western Sweden.
