The holiday home is situated in a quiet location on Lake Billingen and features its own bathing jetty as well as a rowing boat. It is the ideal place for couples, families, or small groups seeking nature, privacy, and a relaxing Swedish holiday by the water.
One of the highlights is the floating, wood-fired sauna raft. After warming up in the sauna, you can cool off with a refreshing swim in the lake. The property also includes an outdoor whirlpool, a large sun terrace, and an outdoor shower – perfect for relaxing in any season.
The holiday home has four regular beds and offers space for one or two additional guests on the sofa, as well as two beds in the garden house, which is available during the summer season. The holiday home features a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher.
Outside, there is a spacious wooden terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor kitchen. Both a gas grill and a charcoal grill are available, allowing you to prepare and enjoy your meals outdoors, surrounded by forest and nature. The holiday home features fiber-optic broadband, good mobile reception, and a television with support for Chromecast, Miracast, and Wireless Display. For cooler evenings, there is also an open fireplace available.
The surroundings are ideal for swimming, fishing, hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, and simply enjoying the peace and quiet. The nearest neighbor is about 300 meters away, giving the property a private and undisturbed atmosphere. The village of Klässbol is only 2 km away and has a village shop, a restaurant, and several seasonal cafés. The Klässbol linen weaving mill, one of the most famous sights in Värmland, is also located there. The town of Arvika is about 20 km away and offers a larger selection of shops, restaurants, and leisure activities.
Final cleaning, bed linen, and towels can be arranged for an additional fee. Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home, and pets are not allowed without prior arrangement.

The holiday home is located on Lake Billingen in the peaceful countryside of Värmland, about 2 km from the village of Klässbol and 20 km from Arvika.
The property is situated in a secluded location amidst forest, about 300 meters from the nearest neighbor. The private bathing jetty and the lake are only a short walk from the holiday home.
In Klässbol there is a village shop, a restaurant, and several seasonal cafés. The place also houses the well-known linen weaving mill “Klässbols Linen Weaving Mill” and is located on the shore of the Glafsfjord. Arvika offers a larger selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and leisure activities.
The surroundings are ideal for swimming, fishing, hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, and exploring the forests and lakes of western Sweden.
