This quietly situated apartment is located on the 5th floor of the Terrasflat complex on the south side of Egmond aan Zee. There is no road running in front of the complex, only dunes, beach, sea, and shell paths. So, no car traffic and wonderfully quiet. The apartment features a large terrace (20m²) spanning the full width of the apartment with a beautiful panoramic view and is equipped with a lounge sofa with matching cushions. The impressive view changes every day and every season. Enjoy the sun, sea, passing beachgoers, horses, and kitesurfers.

From the apartment, you can walk directly onto the beach with a cozy beach pavilion right on your doorstep or straight into the North Holland Dune Reserve. Here you can see Scottish Highland cattle, Konik horses, and/or Exmoor ponies roaming freely. The town center, with various shops, restaurants, bars, and an ice cream parlor, is a 5-minute walk away. Comfortably and modernly furnished, equipped with all conveniences. Combination oven, dishwasher, washing machine.

Would you like to enjoy a pleasant day out in the city? Alkmaar is highly recommended (10 km). A day trip to Amsterdam is also easily manageable (car: 45 min / train: 38 min from the neighboring village of Heiloo).

The apartment is perfectly suitable for 2 adults with 2 small children (trundle bed).

Naturally, you can make free use of wireless internet in this apartment.

There is also a secure storage facility for any bicycles you may bring along.

There is an elevator in the building, but PLEASE NOTE: it stops between floors, meaning you will always need to go up or down a few steps to reach the apartment entrance.

Parking: On the public road; during the paid parking period, you will receive a digital parking permit.
