Welcome to the holiday home Sölring Kööv 3a in Westerland – your retreat for relaxing vacation days on the North Sea! The house offers 101 m² of spacious living area for up to 6 guests and features three bedrooms as well as two modern bathrooms. In the light-flooded living area, a fireplace invites you to cozy evenings, while the underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth. The open kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, 4-burner stove (ceramic and induction), oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and extensive dishes. For families, a crib and a high chair are available. A highlight is the in-house sauna – perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. In the garden with terrace, you can end the day while your children play on the lawn. A private parking space directly at the house provides comfort. For entertainment, there are TV, satellite TV, Blu-ray player, hi-fi system, and radio. Wi-Fi is of course available. Washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, and allergy-friendly furnishings offer additional comfort. Here you can enjoy the successful combination of quiet, close-to-nature living and, at the same time, good access to the beach, shopping facilities, and the lively center of Westerland. Extensive green areas with tall forests, ponds, and idyllic walking paths begin right outside the front door – ideal for relaxing walks, sporting activities, or simply unwinding in the unique Sylt nature. The fine sandy Westerland North Sea beach is about a 15-minute walk away and invites you to take long beach walks and enjoy relaxing hours by the sea at any time of year.
Shops for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity. You can also easily reach the lively center of Westerland with its numerous boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, as well as the neighboring Wenningstedt with its popular promenade and the well-known Gosch "Jünne" Dune by bicycle, car, or within a few minutes.
A bus stop is located only about 200 meters from the holiday apartment and offers convenient connections to other places on the island. The holiday apartment is located on a well-kept property with two identical houses built in the typical Frisian style. The property is enclosed by a local Frisian hedge and blends harmoniously into the characteristic townscape of Westerland. The sunny terraces invite you to relax and linger outdoors. From here you enjoy a quiet residential location in close proximity to nature and at the same time benefit from the easy accessibility of the beach as well as the centers of Westerland and Wenningstedt – ideal conditions for a relaxing Sylt holiday.

Cancellation Policy The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time before the start of the rental period in written form (e.g., by email). In the event of withdrawal, the following cancellation fees will be charged: up to and including 43 days before arrival: 30% of the agreed rental price, from 42 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed rental price. The tenant has the right to prove that the landlord has incurred no damage or significantly less damage. Saved expenses and income from re-letting the property will be taken into account. Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), which form part of the rental agreement, also apply. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
