Die Lage am Südwäldchen und in der Nähe des Hundefreilaufs ist ideal für Hundebesitzer. Ruhige Lage. Schön ist auch, dass die Wohnung über 2 Terrassen verfügt Zum Zentrum nur ein kurzer Spaziergang von ca. 10 Minuten.
