This modern Villa Aury with private pool is located in a quiet area in the picturesque village of Poljica, in the heart of the island of Krk. The sea as well as numerous sights of the island are only a few minutes away by car.

The interior of the villa is spacious, bright, and modern. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living area with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The spacious dining table provides the ideal setting for shared meals, while the living room with a large sofa and satellite TV invites you to relax. The entire living area is air-conditioned and has direct access to a spacious terrace with comfortable garden furniture – ideal for relaxing and enjoying time outdoors. A separate guest WC is also available.

Also on the ground floor is a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and its own bathroom, offering additional comfort and privacy.

Upstairs there are three spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds (180 × 200 cm), while the third has two single beds. This makes the villa ideal for families or groups of friends. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a modern bathroom accessible from the hallway. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and safes for the secure storage of personal belongings. The bathrooms are modernly furnished and feature a shower, a washbasin, a toilet, and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

The garden surrounding the villa is a true oasis of relaxation. The private pool with an area of 30 m², surrounded by Mediterranean plants and comfortable sun loungers, invites you to refresh yourself on hot summer days. In the outdoor area there is also an outdoor shower, a grill, and a cozy seating area for relaxing. The well-kept property covers a total of 1300 m² and offers plenty of space for games, sporting activities, or simply to enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings.
