Welcome to Dünenperle 135 – your retreat on the Dutch North Sea coast in Julianadorp aan Zee! This spacious holiday home offers 135 m² of space for up to 6 guests and features three bedrooms as well as two bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: here you will find, in addition to a kitchenette, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee machine. In the light-flooded living area, a large dining table invites you to shared meals, while the comfortable couch invites you to relaxed evenings.

For longer stays, a washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal – ideal for families or long-term guests. A hairdryer is also available. The entire accommodation is strictly non-smoking and offers a practical lodging option for fitters. The furnishings combine comfort with a stylish ambiance and create a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. The large windows provide plenty of daylight and a beautiful view of the greenery and, as a highlight, directly onto the dunes! Holiday home on the dunes of Julianadorp aan Zee – our Dune Pearl offers an unforgettable location. You enjoy a full view of the dunes from the living room, from the dining area, from the upstairs bedroom, and of course from the garden lounge! The house is very spaciously designed and, in addition to its location with a view of the dunes, impresses with its sun-drenched living area and high ceilings. The living area merges into the dining area with the open kitchen and the terrace and the spacious garden. At the west end of the garden, the large garden lounge awaits you: a wooden terrace with wind protection, comfortable garden furniture, and floor sockets. On the upper floor, two generously sized bedrooms and a shower room are accessible from the hallway. On the ground floor, you reach the bedroom and the bathroom with bathtub from the hallway. The toilet is separate. The Dünenperle is a pearl in the truest sense of the word: location and amenities are impressive and leave nothing to be desired!
