The property features a large shared plot and outdoor areas, all nestled within beautiful greenery. A short walk brings you to the sea, where you will find several different beaches. The charming summer town of Falkenberg is also within easy reach. The home includes a large, open-plan living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove. One bedroom contains two single beds and an extra bed, while another bedroom features a sofa bed for one person. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. There is also a spacious covered patio—the perfect spot to enjoy a meal, socialize, or simply relax with a good book. The owner provides a few bicycles for guest use (available in "as-is" condition). Please note that this property is not rented to groups of young people. The holiday home area is set in a stunning natural environment, close to two lovely beaches and a beautiful nature reserve with scenic walking trails and barbecue spots. The summer town of Falkenberg is just a short drive away, offering a variety of charming cafés, restaurants, and shops. The large, beautiful sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills with sunbathers during the summer months. Be sure to visit the small village of Slöinge, home to a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with a serving area, and an orchard/cider house with outdoor seating. For golf enthusiasts, the Falkenberg Golf Club is conveniently located nearby. If you would like to go fishing, there is good fishing available in both the Suseån and Ätran rivers. A fishing permit is required. A warm welcome to create wonderful holiday memories in this lovely cottage!
