A modern and spacious annex located near the lovely Grimsholmen area in Falkenberg. For larger groups, there is an adjacent, larger house (property no. 66394) that can also be rented. There is a large shared plot and outdoor areas. A short walk leads you to the sea, where you will find several excellent swimming beaches. The charming summer town of Falkenberg is also within easy reach. The cottage is positioned at an angle to the larger house. It features a dining area and a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and hot plates. There are two bedrooms, each with a single bed. Additional sleeping space is provided by two sleeping lofts, each equipped with mattresses. Outside, there is a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. An outdoor shower is located at the side of the cottage. Please note that this property is not rented to groups of young people. The cottage area is set in a stunning natural environment, close to two wonderful swimming beaches and a beautiful nature reserve featuring scenic walking trails and barbecue spots. The summer town of Falkenberg is just a short drive away and offers a variety of pleasant small cafés, restaurants, and shops. The large, beautiful sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills with beachgoers during the summer. You might also want to visit the small village of Slöinge, which is home to a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with a serving area, and a cider/juice producer with outdoor seating. For golf enthusiasts, Falkenberg Golf Club is within easy reach. If you enjoy fishing, there are good opportunities in both the Suseån and Ätran rivers; a fishing license is required. Welcome to a lovely stay on the swedish westcoast!
