Hello Luka, this vacation will remain unforgettable for us and our boys! You are truly the best landlord in the world. Florian and Thomas have grown very fond of you. Even when our friends visited, you helped with the grilling. The fish you grilled for us was delicious, not to mention the homemade wine.

Hello Luka,
here, as promised, is our review. Yes, Luka, what can one say, you are simply the best landlord one could wish for on their first vacation in Croatia. You showed us the area, went shopping with us, drove us to the pharmacy when all the children were badly bitten, repeatedly treated us to delicious fried sprats, made delicious barbecues for us, and let's not forget, you can also party with you until the early hours of the morning. We hope you can still use the freestyle we should have taught you.

Unfortunately, we were late and everything was already occupied at Luka's place.
Nevertheless, Luka was always there for us. Very helpful, he drove us, grilled for us, hiked with us... One cannot imagine a better landlord!

Pure relaxation!

There were no wishes left unfulfilled on this vacation. For the landlord, it is most important that his guests relax and feel comfortable. Every day he came up with new ideas and offerings to show us the surroundings or to introduce us to Croatian delicacies in the form of two delicious barbecue evenings (the fish was amazing!) and great restaurant recommendations. Luka was always available to help. The lovingly landscaped garden is a sight to behold. The pool that Luka personally built and kept clean every day was particularly popular with our children. The holiday home is very well-equipped and has a good WiFi connection.

Holidays as one imagines them

Dear Luka,

You couldn't ask for a better host.
Had a great holiday in Opatija/Matulji. Spent 2 weeks with Luka and experienced a lot.
The fig trees and the accompanying jam are simply delicious. Luka is always there to help and gives numerous tips on what to do or where to eat best, just to name a few. The two barbecue evenings he organized for us, where we sat together in a cozy atmosphere and enjoyed Cevapcici and fish. Our car broke down in Rijeka, and Luka assisted us with towing and repair. He even quickly built a sandbox for the children. Surely, a complete climbing frame will stand there for another summer ;)
We were very satisfied, the house is in good condition, and everything important is available. Everyone would definitely go on vacation there again. Luka and his house come highly recommended.

Unforgotten

Hello dear Luka,

Even though with some delay, we would like to share our experiences with others. We have been to different countries with our boys and often stayed in holiday resorts with entertainment from early until late. Waterslides and all that. But the holiday they still talk about is the one with you. And we also think it was one of the most beautiful holidays. You are the best host in the world. Always there when you need them and ready to help with advice and action. Never intrusive. The house is very well maintained and clean, and the pool has been the biggest highlight for our boys. The barbecue evenings where we talked until late at night. Your tips for excursions and good food made the holiday unique. You even took our dogs for a walk on your own initiative. Which landlord does that? Just great. You simply have everything there for a wonderful vacation. We will come back in 2018, that is certain for us. And we are already looking forward to it immensely. Great family vacation

Ein perfekter Urlaub

We spent a very nice week in the house. Very family-friendly. Good Wi-Fi connection. The landlord was very nice and helpful, always ready to assist with advice and help. He was so kind to take us on a tour of the sights of Rijeka for a day. Our children had plenty of space to play and enjoyed sliding in the pool. An unforgettable highlight was the barbecue evening on the last night ;-) Everything was just great!
