Whe I got to the hotel they told me they didn't have rooms available. I said I had reservations and they said "it doesn't matter, we don't have rooms. Call the company you made reservations with and they'll tell you what to do" I called Belvilla and they could not help. I'm still waiting for a refund

Arrived and was treated rudely by hotel staff. Apparently the hotel was severely over booked and I was the 14th person to show up for the same room. No explanation they just hid from me.

If I could give zero stars, I would Booked an "apartment" and got a Travelers Inn motel room. That's strike one. Showed up at 7:40 PM and was told to go sit in my truck because my room was occupied by a man, a woman, and at least three dogs who apparently had no plans to leave. I watched them haul an aquarium out of the room while the front desk sweetly told them "I hope you don't think I'm hurrying you." Oh, but me waiting outside in the dark for over 1 hour? No rush on my end, I guess. Finally got in to find human feces on the toilet seat. THE TOILET SEAT. Shower looked like a crime scene (wouldn'teven drain), no AC, no heat, bathroom water ran nonstop, and the whole place smelled like cat urine and body odor had a baby. Another couple showed up later and got the exact same "your room isn't ready" runaround — pretty sure they're double-booking rooms. Filed for a full refund with Expedia. This place should be condemned, not listed. Stay literally anywhere else.

Upon arrival, I was told by the front desk staff that they were full and couldn't honor my reservation. They advised that they only book through OYO and have told other travel sites to discontinue marketing/ recommending their property. This was quite stressful as I was arriving late in the evening and now had to scramble to find a new place to stay for 3 nights.

Made a last second reservation, but when I got there they had an issue with the water and weren’t checking people in or taking reservations at all. I’m still waiting for a refund and don’t know how long it’ll take or what’s going on with that.
