The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a 2,000 m² natural plot, close to both Arresø and Kattegat, where the tall trees provide plenty of privacy and good spots for relaxation in both sun and shade. Inside, the house offers a practical and cozy interior with space for up to six people divided into three bedrooms with two single beds in each. The living room serves as the house's natural gathering point, where an atmospheric wood-burning stove provides good warmth on cool days. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine, and there is also both a washing machine and dryer available, with a practical layout, so you have a lovely undisturbed sleeping section in the house. The house also has a bathroom with a shower and an extra guest toilet. Outside, children can play on the playground equipment on the property, while adults relax on the beautiful, partially covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue - perfect for barbecues regardless of the weather. With both shopping and dining nearby, everything is planned for a relaxing holiday close to nature.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
