The accommodation is located directly on the picturesque canal, and parallel to it runs a path, lined with impressive old trees, right along the water. The trees provide plenty of shade, so it is always pleasantly cool and mysterious there. Even when the sun is shining, only gentle rays penetrate the leafy canopy. So it is a perfect place to enjoy the peace by the water. Enjoy the special location right by the water. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the canal and can let the nature take its effect on you in complete tranquility.
The landlords of the holiday house live on the same property. They have a female dog who occasionally moves freely on the property. However, the area of the holiday home is separated from the landlords’ living area by fences and hedges, so that both areas are clearly divided from each other.

Transparency is important to us. Therefore, we would like to inform you that a new residential area is currently being developed next door. This may occasionally result in construction noise. The federal road, which is about 70 meters away, can also be heard depending on the time of day and wind direction. We thank you for your understanding and would like to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As a small token of appreciation, a lovely surprise awaits you in the holiday home upon your arrival!
