The accommodation Garden by the Sea in Rogoznica offers comfortable space for up to four guests. Only 150 metres from a pebble beach, the place invites you to enjoy relaxing days by the sea. Look forward to flexible meal times as well as a barbecue for culinary delights in the open air. A dreamlike view of the sea and the surrounding nature rounds off the stay.

Location
The holiday apartment is situated in a quiet area in Rogoznica, approximately 2,000 metres from the town centre. The nearby pebble beach is within a few minutes’ walking distance. Public transport links as well as shopping facilities are located around 500 metres away, and the nearest airport, in Split, is about 30 kilometres away. Thus, peace and good connectivity are ideally combined.

Special
The accommodation consists of two separate apartments that are booked together and thus offer space for a total of six people. Each apartment has its own kitchen and a bathroom. Amenities include, in some cases, air conditioning, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, as well as a baby cot and iron on request. A large, shared balcony with sea view and an outdoor shower is available to all guests. The booking also includes a cleaning service on arrival, comprehensive hygiene measures in accordance with local regulations, as well as contactless self and host check-ins. Private parking is available on site.

Distances
The city centre is two kilometres away, as are the pharmacy, doctor’s surgery, post office, bank and exchange offices. The nearest beach is only 150 metres from the accommodation, and a market and a bus stop are about 500 metres away. Split Airport is around 30 kilometres away, and Šibenik ferry port about 35 kilometres. There are also bars, restaurants, a marina and bicycle hire approximately two kilometres away.

Division
The accommodation consists of two apartments: The first offers a bedroom with a double bed and space for two people in 12 square metres, plus a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining area. The second apartment features two bedrooms, each with two single beds, providing space for four people in total, as well as its own bathroom, kitchen and dining area. This allows guests to holiday together while still enjoying their privacy.

Room
Each apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The kitchens are fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, freezer compartment, refrigerator, coffee machine, as well as crockery and cutlery. A kettle is also provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

House rules
Check-in is from 14:00, check-out is until 10:00. The hosts and staff comply with all safety and hygiene regulations of the local and national authorities and follow the guidelines of the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA). On request, cleaning services during the stay can be cancelled. Guests are asked to observe the house rules regarding distancing and protective measures.
