Had a very pleasant stay at this home in Burnenville. A tip for larger groups. There is more than enough cutlery and crockery and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Also more than enough seating (both inside and outside). Nice environment with the possibility of a lot of variety of activities. The welcome by the owner, who is very committed to his guests, was also very warm. Let it be clear, we really enjoyed it.

Despite the large open space, it is still nice and warm. There is plenty to see / do in the area (we visited Monde Sauvage and Plopsa Coo, but also Malmedy, Stavelot and Sankt Vith are worth a visit). Despite the rainy weather, we had a wonderful stay. PS: The homemade limoncello is DELICIOUS! Highly recommended to visit with several families, since you have enough privacy (each bedroom has its own bathroom and sufficient toilets).

Great house in beautiful Malmedy. We stayed there in October 2023 with 10 people.
Both the house and the garden were in perfect order. Very cozy, everything you need is available and lots of space.
Each bedroom also has its own bath or shower and 2 bedrooms are equipped with their own toilet. Further in the house you will find 4 extra toilets, so certainly enough. Sauna was available but we did not use it due to the good weather. Terrace with garden furniture and sunbeds, all in good order. Living space with enough seats and options to move so that you can sit comfortably in a group and everyone has room. In short, we had a great stay. Definitely recommended. Communication with the friendly owner also went very smoothly.

This house is beautifully situated in the Ardennes. You can quickly get to the place (Malmedy) for shopping. You can also reach the racetrack in about 30 minutes on foot. A great house! Luxurious furniture and a rich inventory. We enjoyed the sauna, pool table and dart board. The dog was very happy with the (almost) completely enclosed garden. Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings. Friendly and helpful owner was present for the key transfer and further information. Arranged in advance that the beds were made, that was fine. Cot and high chair were also ready. All rooms have a bath or shower and television. House was very spacious, ground floor larger than it appears on the photos on the website. The playroom with billiards, darts and cupboard with children's toys is great, many made use of. Sauna and solarium available but not enough time to use it Malmedy is a lovely little town 8 minutes away by car from the accommodation.We had a wonderful weekend with the family, 6 adults and 2 children.

We were there with 10 family members and 2 dogs. There is something for everyone in and around the house.
Good base to explore the area and go for walks.
Especially the playroom with the pool table and the darts game was a success.
Spacious rooms and a nice open dining area.

We had a lot of fun in this holiday home! The living spaces were super spacious, perfect for our group of friends. The sauna was a nice addition after a long day of exploring the area. We spent a lot of time on the terrace enjoying the view and grilling. Definitely a place to relax and unwind. I would recommend it for a family or friends trip!

We had a great weekend. The house is large and clean and has everything you need is there. Super BBQ! And eat outside under the porch or in the morning sun on the picnic table.The sauna we have not used but the tanning bed was used regularly.The area has a lot to offer.Large cities, natuur.Wij have a tour in the area and that was very nice! We have spent a week in the Ardennes. The weather was not always brilliant but our accommodation was all right. Lots of space in and around the house. All facilities where we have made great use of. Sauna and solarium, the pool table and the covered bbq place ... it was great! The owner and his wife were very friendly. In the area there are plenty to do active things. Overall, we had a great week!

On receipt we were kindly guided by the owner of the accommodation. The house is very spacious, there are more than enough sanitary facilities, all necessities in the kitchen were available, there is ample parking, ... An ideal weekend house!

Very nice accommodation. Upon arrival to see immediately that everything was very clean. Nice large bedrooms with good beds, bath / shower room and toilets. Also a kitchen where everything is present. Beautiful front and back garden where everything is present. Also shops in the neighborhood where the forgotten stuff could still be reached. Everyone had a good time. The conclusion is that we will definitely return here. Thank you for the good care.

It is a lovely house, fully equipped. We were kindly received by the host and enjoyed the beautiful weather and the beautiful surroundings. Burnenville is a beautiful village and an excellent base for beautiful walks and towns in the area.

We were received in French by the owner and her son. Very friendly and cordial people. It was already pleasantly warm in the house. The beds were covered (extra charge of € 12 per person to be paid in cash), but you don't have to worry about anything. The owner called us in advance because I requested information about the area via email. He already announced that he could not be present at our arrival because he had to work. Other questions via whatsapp or e-mail were answered fairly quickly and correctly.

We are very frequent visitors of belvilla houses in the Ardennes and this house is really a winner for groups up to 10 p.m. Modern, well equipped and an excellent location in relation to Malmedy and nature. We are very happy to come back!

We rented the villa with friends for a long weekend and we are more than satisfied !! To start with a warm welcome and a Guided tour of the villa with instructions. Almedy is a 5-minute drive away from Burneville and the opportunities for outdoor activities. Are huge.The villa is well maintained, complete and we definitely recommend this villa!

This home is fully equipped for adult groups and families. It is clean, spacious and the managing family is very friendly and helpful. Car is a must, village itself is not much. But nature malmedy and Coo's all relatively close! An absolute must for every group Ardennes lovers

We were received very kindly by the owner and matters were quickly arranged. What a fantastic house. We were there with 10 people and had a lot of fun. The house was more than large enough for the group. You had enough privacy. There were 5 beautiful large bedrooms. 3 with bath and 2 with shower. Nice sauna and pool table. The kitchen was well equipped and lacked nothing. The house was beautifully clean and there was a nice large, fully enclosed garden for the 2 dogs we had with us. This is definitely recommended for families who want to spend a nice holiday together. We will definitely come back.

Positive, very friendly reception. House is beautiful, located in village but the sound of the circuit and traffic is audible outside. Very spacious accommodation; large dining room, large lounge, play area, front and rear terrace, lots of sanitary facilities. Dressing is rather simple but in order.

Absolutely SUPER! The house is very spacious, very clean and the landlord very friendly! Man can drive in all directions and what to experience, or just stay at home and relax. We were there with 7 adults and 3 children and had a lot of fun!

Quality / price definitely ok! The cottage is quietly situated in beautiful surroundings. The house is practical for small children. The play areas here and there have been very favorably. We were welcomed very friendly. The owners are very accurate and are willing to make our stay as nice as possible. Very nice house with lots of space. There are different rooms, so very suitable for a holiday with several generations. Pool table and sauna are absolutely a surplus value. We had a great weekend in this house, a super welcome from the owners, very friendly and lovely people. The house itself is just beautiful, well located (all in close proximity) and everything you need is available in this house. The only downside that we found (a group with four children aged between 0 and 4 years old) was a safety gate at the top of the stair landing.

We stayed with 5 couples for a weekend at the newly renovated apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house offers plenty of space for this extraordinary and stylish living room, spacious dining room, mezzanine sleeping on the floor, recreation room with pool table and two play areas, a good wellness department, etc. All this quality and pleasant finish.
