The holiday apartment is located on the second floor. The west-facing balcony offers a fantastic view of the magnificent panorama of the Alps and the surrounding countryside.

If you enjoy the beautiful Chiemgau landscape during the colder months, a cozy wood-burning stove awaits you.

Blackout blinds and sunshades are provided for the attic windows and other windows, and a refrigerator is available for hot days.

The supermarket and bakery are about a 5-minute walk away.

The town center with its shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as the train station, can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
