Villa Punta, where the holiday apartment is located, is situated in the Borik/Puntamika district of Zadar, directly on the beach promenade.

The apartment is approximately 42 m² and features a separate master bedroom, a living/dining area with a sofa bed, a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a capsule and filter coffee machine, and a unique view directly overlooking the sea.

The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés are within easy walking distance, and free parking is available on-site.

There are good bus, Uber, and taxi connections to the airport and the old town. The beach is directly opposite Villa Punta.
