This spacious apartment (62 m²) is located in the picturesque La Madrague district of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, bordering a nature reserve with beautiful coastal hiking trails and small, sheltered coves.

A sandy beach is also easily accessible (a 10-minute walk) next to the port of La Madrague. Adjacent to the apartment is the inviting bay of Les Lecques, with its Mediterranean bars and restaurants lining the promenade.

The apartment is on the first floor of a two-story building in a charming, quiet, and well-maintained residence.

A long balcony, sunny in the morning and partially shaded in the afternoon, runs alongside the living room and offers pleasant views of the residence's garden.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023.

The entrance leads into a bright and spacious living room. A long dining table provides ample space for gatherings with family and friends. Large French doors connect the living room to the balcony. A built-in bench seat offers a place to relax, watch television, or enjoy an aperitif. The living room is connected to a lounge area. There, a comfortable sofa bed invites you to relax.
