The holiday home directly on the lake offers relaxation for up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with seating area, the bathroom with shower & toilet, as well as the living area with large dining table and sofa set. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are located on the upper floor. The garden and the partially covered terrace invite you to relax or barbecue. Highlights: air-to-air heat pump, PV system, gas grill, wallbox, and garage with automatic roller door. Welcome to the nature cottage by the lake in the Lüneburg Heath – a place to arrive, breathe deeply, and unwind. Sparkling water, reed-fringed shores, and a diverse wildlife create a special atmosphere in the midst of nature.

Just a few steps from the holiday home, the Örtze meanders through the picturesque valley. Whether canoe tours, walks in the evening light, bike rides through heathlands, forests and meadows, or relaxed fishing with a day pass from the local club – the surroundings offer numerous opportunities for both relaxation and activity.

The spacious property invites you to enjoy the day in tune with nature: breakfast on the terrace in the morning, reading a book by the water at midday, and in the evening sunsets with a glass of wine and freshly grilled food. The spacious garden offers space for retreat as well as for shared moments. The amenities include a high-quality Napoleon® gas grill, comfortable seating and lounging options, as well as a sunshade with integrated solar LED lighting.

For relaxing evenings, there is a modern smart TV with 4K Ultra HD, regular TV programming, as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Disney+, and Apple TV+ (use with your own subscription). The home cinema experience is complemented by a high-quality SAMSUNG soundbar with wireless subwoofer.

Coffee lovers will also get their money’s worth: A modern Nespresso De’Longhi with milk frother enables convenient preparation of espresso and coffee specialties in addition to the regular filter coffee machine. The used capsules are collected separately and recycled. The holiday home combines sustainable technology with homely charm: air conditioning, photovoltaic system, 100% green electricity, as well as high-quality vinyl and real wood floors provide comfort and a natural atmosphere.

The nature cottage by the lake is a retreat for people seeking peace, who love nature, and want to recharge.

Enjoy the freedom of being where time seems to stand still. The holiday home is available to you exclusively. A free outdoor parking space is located directly in front of the garage door. Additionally, you have another parking space available in the garage.

Further free parking options can be found on the public street.

For electric vehicles, the wallbox (11 kW, Type 2) can be activated upon request. Use is subject to a fee and will be charged based on consumption via the deposit. E-bikes can be conveniently charged by you in the garage – electricity for this is, of course, included.

The price includes final cleaning, bed linen (the beds are, of course, fully made upon your arrival), as well as bath and hand towels according to the number of guests booked. In addition, you will find two dish towels, a bottle of dishwashing liquid, a dish brush, and a dish sponge in the kitchen. The costs for electricity (except for charging electric vehicles), water, use of the air conditioning, and gas for the grill during your stay are also included.

Please note that the accommodation is not barrier-free and is therefore not suitable for persons with reduced mobility.

Booking and use of the holiday home are permitted exclusively for tourist purposes and recreation. Business or work-related trips are not allowed.
