This beautifully renovated holiday home is situated on a large, enclosed plot, just steps from a vast beach. From the living room and terrace, you can enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. It's hard to believe that just 100 meters away, the sea beckons you for a refreshing swim and a variety of water sports.

A play area upstairs provides plenty of space for children to have fun. The coastal path, which runs along the beach, stretches for 3 km to the nearest village, Ravenouville. Magnificent sandy beaches, endless hiking trails, and numerous castles and manor houses steeped in history characterize the landscape of the Cotentin Peninsula.

It is known, among other things, for its mild climate, lush vegetation, and fertile soil. In addition to Norman apples and cider, you can enjoy all sorts of vegetables and, of course, fresh fish, which you can prepare in the well-equipped kitchen.
