Our holiday apartment No. 1 is 55 square meters and ideal for 2-5 people. The apartment is conveniently located in the south of Berlin, in a very quiet area. The S-Bahn (suburban train) is approximately 1.2 km away, and the U-Bahn (underground) is 4.5 km away. Birdsong is guaranteed.

Completed in 2012/13, the holiday apartments are comfortably furnished. Apartment No. 1, a maisonette, features a terrace surrounded by greenery.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove (with oven), dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The spacious bathroom with a window has a shower and toilet. Underfloor heating allows for year-round use.
