On the day of arrival, I was supposed to receive the key via the key safe; it was not in the safe compartment and had to be searched for. In the guest app, the term for opening the safe is confusing for older people. In the apartment, the RCD tripped in every socket while making coffee. We received a new coffee machine about 3 days later.
