Our cozy 2½-room holiday apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished and offers plenty of light, two balconies, and both sea view and a beautiful view of greenery. The apartment is ideal for couples or families with up to 2 children.

• Bedroom:
Bright bedroom with double bed (160 × 200 cm) and direct access to a balcony. From here you look out into nature – olive trees, other trees, and the garden. A quiet place for the first coffee in the morning.
• Living area:
Large living/dining area with a cozy sitting corner and an additional sleeping option for up to 2 people (each 90x190). There is enough space here to relax, play, and spend time together.
• Kitchen:
Open kitchen connected to the living area. It is equipped for up to 6 people (dishes, glasses, cutlery), ideal and comfortable for 4 guests. From here you have access to the second balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the mainland.
• Bathroom:
Bright bathroom with shower. The bathroom was renovated about 2 years ago and features a modern shower with glass wall/glass partition.
Balconies & View
• Balcony by the bedroom with a view of the garden and olive trees – perfect for relaxing in nature. • Balcony by the living/kitchen area with a beautiful view of the sea and the mainland – ideal for breakfast, dinner, or a glass of wine. Equipment:

The house consists of a total of four holiday apartments and a private apartment belonging to the hosts. Each group of guests has exclusive access to the holiday apartment they have booked; all other apartments are private and not accessible. There are no common rooms in our house.
