A warm welcome to Haus Charlotte in Butjadingen on the North Sea – your perfect retreat for up to six guests! On 50 m², you will find three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a lovingly designed living area that impresses with warm wooden floors and a bright atmosphere. The house is intended exclusively for non-smokers, so you can breathe freely.
Enjoy relaxing hours in your own garden or on the terrace, where a BBQ grill invites you to sociable evenings. A parking space is available for your vehicle directly at the house. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine – making cooking a pleasure. Bed linen is of course provided, as well as a hairdryer in the modern bathroom.
For your entertainment, there is a TV (in all rooms) and free Wi-Fi. If you would like to explore the surroundings, 3 bicycles are available – discover the charming North Sea coast at your leisure on two wheels. After an eventful day, you can relax in the inviting living room or the cozy bedrooms.
Directly opposite our house there is a beautiful playground. Furthermore, there is also a field for football and volleyball on the premises.

Excursion destinations: Tossens with AquaMundo, Langwarder Grooden, cutter harbor in Fedderwardersiel, Bremerhaven (with ferry from Nordenham) here for example the Emigration House, Zoo at the Sea, Climate House, Loxstedt with Karl’s Strawberry Farm, Burhave with play barn etc.
Mudflat hiking is possible directly at the beach resort. Also a great guided mudflat hike.
